Muscle Testing
Here is a video that briefly describes different methods for muscle testing.
One recommendation that I make is to use the LEAST amount of force as possible. In the video you will notice that this sister is using a good deal of force for the test. While it works fine this way, you will tire yourself out doing it over and over and it can become difficult to get readings over time. Just the slightest bit of force is necessary to make the testing work.
On another note, the less force you use, the more sensitive you will become to the readings. You will start to notice over time that you will be able to "sense" the answer before you even test it. This happens much easier if you start of learning how to do it with the least amount of pressure.
